Combo Pack FAQs
How does a student purchase an All Sports Combo?
Students can purchase an All Sports Combo through Enroll & Pay online at www.ku.edu. While logged into Enroll & Pay, a student can locate the All Sports Combo in the Enrollment Folder under “Select Optional Campus Fees”. The cost of the All Sports Combo will be added to the student’s tuition bill. This online option to purchase is available until August 1. After August 1 students can still purchase an All Sports Combo at the Kansas Athletics Ticket Office located on the southeast corner of Allen Fieldhouse. Purchases made after August 1 can only be made by cash, or credit card. The Kansas Athletics Ticket Office hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
What is included with a Sports Combo?
The purchase of an All Sports Combo grants a student admission to regular-season home KU football, except KU vs. MU at Arrowhead Stadium, and men’s basketball games based on the venue capacity for each event. The All Sports Combo also gives students a chance to purchase postseason football and men’s basketball events.
Are there different options for purchasing?
Yes, students can choose to purchase an All Sports Combo for $150, or they may buy a Football ONLY sports pass for $45. However, Men’s Basketball season pass is not offered by itself, but single game tickets for either men’s basketball or football may be purchased by students for $10 each, with a valid KU ID (subject to availability).
How does a student pickup tickets for use on Game Day?
Basketball tickets will be available during several different distribution periods. During each distribution period, students will be able to get tickets for the set of games being offered during each pick-up period. Tickets for basketball will be distributed electronically via the student’s valid KU ID. A student who has purchased an All Sports Combo can either pick up their tickets in person at the Allen Fieldhouse Ticket Office or online at www.kuathletics.com. Information regarding pick-up dates for student basketball tickets as well as KU vs. MU football tickets will be available by October 1 of each year.
Can a non-student use tickets from a Sports Combo?
No. Students without an All Sports Combo can purchase a student ticket after the designated pick-up period has ended (subject to availability). However for football, students may purchase an “Upgrade Ticket” that can be used, along with a valid student ID, by nonstudents to obtain admission to a game for $10 less than the face value of a reserved ticket.
Can a student purchase tickets for guests (non-students) to sit with them?
For football and basketball games, students can purchase a GeneralAdmission ticket for non-students (subject to availability). General Admission seating is within the student section, thus allowing the student and their guest(s) the ability to sit with each other.
Can a student give their ticket to another student to use?
Students who have men’s basketball and/or football tickets on their KU ID will be able to go to the Kansas Athletic Ticket Office to transfer their ticket onto another student’s valid KU ID. Students may also make the transfer for men’s basketball and football at the ticket office or student gate on the day of the game.
What is the deadline for purchasing/picking up tickets?
Student tickets can be purchased as an All Sports Combo while supplies last. An All Sports Combo must be purchased to gain access to men’s basketball tickets. Football only student season tickets can be purchased for $45 total, but men’s basketball CANNOT be purchased by itself.
How are the tickets received? Paper, KU ID, etc.?
Football and Men’s basketball student tickets will be distributed electronically via a student’s valid KU ID.
How are football away game tickets purchased?
Away game football tickets are available to students beginning August 16. Students may purchase tickets at full face value and will be allocated alongside fellow students within KU’s allotment. If a student wishes to sit with other students who are attending, they may fill out a group form at the Kansas Athletics Ticket Office at the southeast corner of Allen Fieldhouse prior to the event.
How are post-season men’s basketball tickets purchased?
Post-season men’s basketball tickets are available on a first come first serve basis through a lottery system. The lottery system is a random selection process and all winners will be posted the day after the lottery is over. All post-season tickets are non-refundable after the cancellation date which is 24 hours after the lottery winners are announced. Students will only receive tickets for the NCAA events in which KU participates. Big XII tournament tickets are sold on an All Session basis. A student that wins tickets to the Big XII tournament through the lottery will receive tickets to all games.
Can I receive a refund on my All Sports Combo?
To receive a refund a student must fill out the appropriate form at the Kansas Athletics Ticket Office. A full refund will only be granted before the first football game. A partial refund will only be granted until October 14, 2011.
What is Rock Chalk Rewards?
