The Fund Drive follows the University’s fiscal year, from July 1 to June 1. Membership can be activated at any point within this timeline. It is recommended that an individual activate their membership via a pledge as early as possible so that they can receive full benefits of membership.

To become a member one must make a pledge, a written statement indicating their desired contribution amount, during the current fund drive. Membership benefits, including priority points toward seat locations, are activated once the pledge is received, and that individual may pay off the pledge balance at any point up to the June 1 deadline.

Season ticket priority is based on an individual’s priority point total. Priority points reflect an individual’s lifetime support toward athletics via donations, season ticket purchases and additional areas of support (see more). Active members who purchase season tickets are then ranked in priority point order and receive a selection appointment to choose their seat location. This process is called Select-A-Seat.

Active members who purchase season tickets to Football, Men’s Basketball and Women’s Basketball are given a specific appointment, based on their priority point total rank, in which they or their representative can come select their season ticket seat location. For patrons who do not live locally, or cannot attend due to a scheduling conflict, we will be happy to contact you by telephone at your scheduled time.

Priority for available premium seating, parking pass location and off-campus tickets (tournaments, post-season and away games) is determined by annual membership level (see more), and then points within that membership level. Availability information is sent via e-mail and mail.

Members receive additional benefits based on their annual membership level throughout the year (see more). In addition, many exclusive events are only offered to active members.
